Today's lesson begins Chapter 1: Foundations.
The first lesson is 1:1: Introduction to Whole Numbers.
This might seem easy - and I hope it is! This first chapter in Algebra 1 will review most of what you learned in Pre-Algebra, so if you already know how to do something, focus on your speed and accuracy! If it's not easy, that's okay too. Focus on increasing your understanding and getting more comfortable with the concepts.
For each video, you will want to follow along with the notes & practice pages. The link to the textbook the lesson is based on is available as well, if you would like to a more in-depth text with lots of pictures, or if you need extra practice problems.
Today's To-dos:
1. Print off Algebra 1 Ls. 1.1 Intro to Whole Numbers Notes & Practice. or have it pulled up on your digital device ready to write on. You can also just copy the problems onto a notebook or paper.
2. Watch today's video and work along with me! When I say "your turn!" then you need to pause the video and try it on your own. Press play again when you have completed the indicated problems.
3. Complete the practice problems.
